Terms of Sale and Use

These terms are a contract between you and Elias de Sena, trading as Vektor("Vektor", "we", "us"), Bützenstrasse 17, 8185 Winkel, Switzerland. They govern your purchase and use of the Vektor strategy and the website at vektoralgo.com. By buying or using Vektor, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy or use it.

1. What Vektor is

Vektor is an invite-only technical-analysis script (a "strategy") that runs on your own TradingView account, plus supporting materials. It is software and analysis for information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, it is not a managed account, and it does not place trades for you. See our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

2. Licence

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the strategy for your own trading and study, through the TradingView username you provide. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, lend, or redistribute the strategy or your access;
• publish, screenshot for redistribution, or expose the underlying source or logic;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct the strategy;
• use it to operate a paid signal service or copy-trading service without our written permission.

We retain all intellectual property in the strategy, the brand, the website, and all related materials. Breach of this section may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

3. Access and delivery

Access is granted to the TradingView username you enter at checkout, after your payment succeeds. We aim to grant access quickly, usually within minutes, but delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. It works on any TradingView plan, including the free plan. If your access has not appeared shortly after purchase, or the username was wrong, email desk@vektoralgo.com and we will fix it. You are responsible for entering a valid, correctly spelled TradingView username.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and are a one-time payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Any discounted rate is valid only while shown to you. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to you. "Lifetime access" means access for the operational life of the product, including updates we choose to release. It is not a promise that the product, TradingView, or any specific feature will exist forever.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Vektor is not for you, email desk@vektoralgo.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund your purchase price in full. No forms, no questions. On refund, your access is revoked. This guarantee covers the price you paid for the software only. It does not cover any trading losses. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, this guarantee is offered in addition to and does not limit that right.

6. Updates and future features

We may update the strategy from time to time. Updates are included at our discretion. Features described as "coming soon" (for example an auto-execution connector) are plans, not commitments, and may change or never ship. Your purchase is for the product as it exists today.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use Vektor and the website lawfully, not to abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to use our emails or forms to send spam or content you are not entitled to send.

8. No warranty

Vektor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty that it will be profitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not warrant any specific result, win rate, or performance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, arising from your use of Vektor. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of Vektor.

11. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access if you breach these terms, in particular the licence terms in section 2. We may withdraw the product from sale at any time; this does not affect access already granted, subject to these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase or use. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the courts of the operator's registered seat having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
