Please read this carefully before you buy or use Vektor. Trading is risky. Vektor is a tool, not a promise. This disclosure forms part of our Terms.

Trading involves substantial risk

Trading gold, Bitcoin, and other markets carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can move fast and against you. You can lose some or all of the money you put at risk, and losses can exceed your initial stake where leverage is used. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. If you are unsure, seek advice from an independent, licensed financial professional before trading.

Vektor is not financial advice

Vektor is a technical-analysis tool and educational software. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Any signal, score, exit line, table, or output is general information only. Every trading decision is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise, and Vektor cannot deliver, any profit, win rate, or specific outcome. It will have losing trades. Markets change, and a method that worked before can stop working. Do your own research and use your own risk management.

Backtests and past performance

Vektor lets you backtest and replay on your own chart, and it shows itself next to buy and hold. This is deliberately transparent, but it has limits. Past and backtested results do not predict future results. Backtested and hypothetical performance is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, does not involve real money at risk, and may not account for real-world execution, liquidity, fees, slippage, or emotional pressure. Real results will differ. On some periods and markets, simply holding will do better than the strategy, and the on-chart table is designed to show you that honestly.

"Risk-free" means the refund, not your trading

Where we describe subscribing as risk-free or offer a money-back guarantee, that refers only to the price you pay for the software. If Vektor is not for you, you can get your first payment back in full within 30 days on either plan; on Yearly, the unused part of the year is refundable anytime after that, per our Terms. It does not mean your trading is risk-free. We do not refund, cover, or share any trading losses.

Automated trading adds its own risks

If you switch on a connection, orders are placed in your own broker account without you approving each one. That removes the pause between a signal and a trade, which is the whole point of it and also the risk: a losing run happens at full speed, and a setting you entered once applies to every order after it until you change it.

Automation fails in ways manual trading does not. A signal can be delayed or lost in transit. A venue can reject an order, fill it partially, fill it at a materially worse price than the signal, or be down entirely. Your API key can expire or be revoked. Any link in the chain — TradingView, us, your broker — can break independently, and an order recorded as sent is not proof that it filled. You remain responsible for watching your own account. Do not assume a connection is working because you have not heard otherwise.

Size every connection as if it will do exactly what you told it to, because it will. We apply your size literally and do not check it against your balance, your other positions, or what you can afford to lose. The fastest way to stop everything is to revoke the API key at your broker — that works immediately and does not depend on us.

You are responsible for your own compliance

Trading rules differ by country. Vektor is offered as software and is not an offer or solicitation where that would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that using it and trading are legal for you, and for any tax you owe.

Independence

Vektor is an independent product. TradingView is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. Vektor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, email desk@vektoralgo.com before you buy. We would rather answer a question than have you trade money you cannot afford to lose.
